We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding certain holidays. Currently, all orders are shipped within 2-8 business days.
Your order will be shipped after order confirmation, as soon as the items are available. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email. We guarantee that you will be informed about the status of your order or any possible changes.
Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. If you make a mistake with the delivery address, we will not redirect your order, so please ensure the information is correct.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased through the website, you can exchange or return the product within 30 calendar days. Returns or exchanges are possible if the product has not been used and is in its original packaging, in its original condition and consumer properties, With all attached tags and provided receipts or payment confirmation, as well as the warranty card issued upon purchasing the suitcase.
To return or exchange an item, please notify us of your decision have.a.rest.usa@gmail.com. In response to your request, we will provide you with the details regarding the return or exchange address.
Have A Rest provides you with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase of the suitcase, covering not only manufacturing defects but also mechanical damage that may occur during a flight. The manufacturer's warranty on the suitcases is valid for 12 months.
The original shipping fee will be refunded only if the product was delivered in the wrong condition, sent incorrectly, or has defects. If a damaged item can be repaired, Have A Rest specialists will replace/repair the damaged part. For warranty repairs, shipping is covered by Have A Rest.
In the case of a defect, Have A Rest will cover the cost of shipping for the return or exchange of the item.
Have A Rest will cover the return shipping costs for items sent due to our error.
If possible, please send the suitcase back to us in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, pack the suitcase in a large, impact-resistant box. Do not fold or stuff the suitcase into a smaller container, as this may cause permanent damage to the suitcase.
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected for damage, after which most banks and credit institutions process the credit within one week, meaning that on average, the credit processing takes 5-10 days
