Warranty

Have A Rest provides a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase of the suitcase, which covers not only factory defects but also mechanical damage that occurs during a flight. The manufacturer’s warranty for suitcase is 12 months.

The warranty does not cover:

• Wear and tear of the wheels due to intensive use;
• Damage caused by improper use or storage;
• Damage due to improper maintenance;
• Loss of the suitcase or theft of items from it during travel;
• Damage due to overloading;
• Damage resulting from the use of the product for purposes other than its intended use (including by third parties) or self-repair;
• Scratches, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, mechanical damage, and natural disasters.
